| Kshitij and I go a long way. Though I have taken newer and more responsible assignments in the last four five years, have always ensured that Kshitij is around and working with us as a partner. Not because we can connect personally, but because of his unique personalised delivery of services. When he takes any assignment, he ensures to do a thorough study of the client’s organization culture, meets key decision makers within the organization and maintains crisp and timely communication throughout the lifecycle of any project that he would handle. He has his own matrices of performance measure's and his best critic and remains a SPOC for all his projects, no matter how many numbers he handles at any point in time. He is always available on a call and ready to listen…these are simple qualities but very difficult to reciprocate on everyday basis, however he does it naturally without any additional effort which makes him and his organization a preferred partner always… I regularly attend the local and influential business group networking events and it will be a pleasure to recommend Kshitij and VConsult – HR Solutions’ Office to them. | I just wanted to say thanks for a fantastic workshop! Linnets ability to imprint the wisdom she's gained through her myriad of experiences is literally "amazing!" Her eloquence, creativity, role playing , people handling skills and other teaching abilities allow a broad spectrum of professions, backgrounds and interests gain new understandings and abilities that will benefit them and their future. | Email Writing Program was an enjoyable and informative training session. There was a serious need for this training as we saw the quality of emails sent to the clients was not upto the mark. The program provides participants with the necessary tools to improve their business communication. Feedback from team members, having attended a session, has been positive and confirms that they are using the skills learned in the program. I appreciate your experience and confidence as a facilitator which allowed you to take some of the team members outside of their comfort zone during the workshop. Their written and verbal communication has also shown a big improvement. Especially, Hot and Cold transfer, Warm Greetings etc. your course was a great help.
